Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved specifically for you. We understand that sometimes life happens and schedule adjustments will need to occur. To best serve all guests, cancellations and no show policies are as follows:
Clients must call within 24 hours to cancel their appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $50.00 No Show Fee that must be paid before you will be able to reschedule.
Because we stay so booked, a missed appointment (that we cannot fill on short notice) cheats someone out of an opportunity to have their service done. It also cheats our stylists out of work.
